Usage
The machine is used to draw and produce copper alloy trolley wire used in electrified railways. Draw 20~30mm rod to 10.8~14.4mm contact trolley wire.

Main Capability Features
1.Each drawing capstan is driven by separate motor,torque controlled,so the wires hardly slip on the capstan.There are several coils of wires on the capstan(usually 5 coils) to gurantee the quality of wire surface.
2.The drawing capstans are all cooled by circulating water to gurantee cooling of wires.
3.The machine use wire guiding ring to push the wires to prevent wires from deflecting when take-up.
4.The application of touch screen:displaying and setting parameters are convenient.
